The Enhanced Technical Support Plan option is available for Trio Display customers who would like a technical support plan beyond the free 90 day time period or for customers who would like emergency technical support during extended hours and on weekends. Emergency technical support is for sales related emergencies only. We have a few options available that include a 6 month plan that runs $495.00 or a 12 month plan for $695.00

Need help getting started? With Trio’s Tele-training service we can get you up and running in no time. Let our experts walk you through the world of POS. While the cost of training may increase the system costs and we are in the business of providing inexpensive solutions, we also understand the need for training and can provide these services to our customers. We understand that retail businesses needs can be extremely different. A gift shop will have different needs from a shoe store. We encourage all of our system users to order our technical support and to ask those types of questions that may be specific to your type of business. Ninety five percent of our customers find that the standard support we provide sufficient to get them up and running and do not require additional training.
